Why visit Hastings Beach by train?

Every year, thousands of visitors are drawn to its unique pebbled shore, iconic pier, and vibrant Old Town, known for its stunning cliffside sunsets and a mix of golden sands and shingle, making it a favorite destination on the Sussex coast.

Traveling by train to Hastings offers convenience, cost-effectiveness, and environmental benefits. The well-connected station is just a short walk from the beach and historic town center, alleviating any worries about parking or traffic.

From here, a gentle stroll through the bustling town will bring you directly to the beach.

For those who prefer not to walk, a direct bus service is available, departing from outside the station at the Railway Station stop. Operated by Stagecoach South East, the bus departs every 10 minutes and takes approximately 8 minutes to reach Warrior Square, located near the beach.
