How do I import my bookings to my account using the TrainPal app?

If you book tickets on the website without creating an account, your tickets may be lost when you change your device or clear your cache.

(1) To access booked tickets in the TrainPal app, create an account using the contact email you used to book, then sign in. You'll then be prompted to import your bookings.

(2) If you used a different email address to create the new account, please contact us so we can help you import your tickets. In the TrainPal app, go to "Account" > "Contact us".
