Related Information:A broken rail between Wool and Weymouth means that the line is blocked. As a result, South Western Railway trains are unable to run to / from Weymouth. Disruption is expected until 19:00. A visual disruption map video is available for this disruption. Customer advice: Long Distance & Mainline Services London Waterloo to Weymouth services are unable to travel any further than Wool meaning there will be no train service between Wool and Weymouth. The following will be in place until further notice: XX:35 London Waterloo - Weymouth services will divide as normal at Bournemouth and the front 5 coaches will continue to and terminate at Wool. XX:03 Weymouth - London Waterloo services will start from Wool. XX:05 London Waterloo - Weymouth services will split at Bournemouth and the front 5 coaches will run and terminate at Poole. XX:20 Weymouth - London Waterloo services will start from Poole. Please note that last minute alterations may take place due to crew and stock availability so please do check journey planners. How do I get to my destination? Your journey down to Weymouth will be heavily impacted and will take much longer than usual, so please plan this extra time into your journey. Passengers wishing to connect onto the replacement bus for Moreton (Dorset), Dorchester South, Upwey and Weymouth will need to get off at Wareham to connect onto the bus there. There are currently two shuttle buses confirmed by supplier providing a rail replacement shuttle between Wareham and Weymouth calling at Wool, Moreton (Dorset), Dorchester South, Upwey and Weymouth. Passengers at Wool, Moreton (Dorset), Dorchester South and Upwey wishing to travel to Weymouth will need to get on the replacement bus service shuttle to Weymouth. Passengers at Moreton (Dorset), Dorchester South and Upwey wishing to travel towards Bournemouth and London Waterloo will need to get on the replacement bus service to Wool to change onto a train at Wool. Passengers at Weymouth can travel on the replacement bus service to Wool for a train towards Bournemouth and Southampton. Passengers at Weymouth that require London can travel on Great Western Railway services from Weymouth to Westbury and onwards to London Paddington. Your ticket can be used, at no extra cost, on the following services: CrossCountry services from Basingstoke to Bournemouth. Great Western Railway services from London Paddington to Reading, Westbury and Weymouth. Morebus routes: 8, 9, 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 22, 33, 36, 40, 60, 1A–C, M1, M2 serving Christchurch, Pokesdown, Bournemouth, Branksome, Parkstone, Poole, Hamworthy and Wareham. Morebus routes: 81, 82, 86 serving Southampton, Lymington Town, Brockenhurst, Sway, New Milton, Hinton Admiral, Christchurch and Bournemouth.
