Conveniently situated opposite a bus terminal and coach station, Bournemouth station is a short walk from several hotels towards Boscombe. You can also hop on a Morebus service from the pier, town centre and surrounding areas.

• Finding the platform: The vast majority of trains from Bournemouth to London Waterloo depart from platform 2, on the other side of the footbridge from the main entrance (by platform 3). Note that the station doesn’t have any lifts. To avoid the stairs, use the northern entrance on Station Approach.
• Station refreshments: As there’s no catering on board, you might want to stock up on snacks before your train arrives. Vending machines are on platforms 2 and 3, or you can grab some fresh coffee, sweet treats and seasonal specials from Little Green Coffee Box by the main entrance.
