Within the train, the Silent Coach(located in carriage 2) and the Meeting Area (available upon reservation in carriage 1) are offered. Seats reserved for disabled passengers or those with reduced mobility are located in carriage 3.

On the Frecciarossa ETR 500, the Business Class offers 64 cm wide leather seats that recline up to 115°, with 106 cm of space between seats to ensure maximum comfort during the journey. Carriage 1 features the silent coach, consisting of 16 seats, and two Business lounges with 4 seats each.

On the Frecciarossa 700 and 600, Business seats are arranged in a single or double configuration, always in leather and with a reclining backrest for high comfort. Each seat is equipped with an individual light, electrical socket, and USB port, making it ideal for working or studying while travelling.
