Can I change my ticket?


Whether you can change your ticket depends on the type of ticket you have already purchased.
(1) Advance Single
Yes, changes to time or date of travel must be arranged at least 15 minutes before departure of the first reserved train printed on the ticket, after which the ticket has no value and a new one must be purchased.

(2) Off-Peak, Super Off-Peak and Anytime tickets
No, these tickets don't require you to travel on a specific train, but they do have restrictions on the time or date you can travel. Check your tickets at the station before you travel, and you may find you can choose the other time or date using the same ticket.
You can't make changes to these tickets, but you can cancel your ticket and buy a new ticket in our app.
