Do I need to return my tickets to get my refund?


(1) If you have printed the tickets, please send them and your booking reference to the following address:
Train service team
First Floor, 1 Lochrin Square
92 Fountain Bridge
United Kingdom
(2) If you have not yet collected your tickets from the station
You do not need to collect your tickets to get a refund.
(3) E-tickets and M-tickets
You can cancel your itinerary directly.
