Normally it takes up to 2 working days for us to process your refund case. Please allow up to 28 days for the amount to be returned to your bank account. You may need to return your tickets if you have collected them from the station.
You can also check the status of your refund in our app. Please follow these three easy steps: Step 1: Log in to our app. Step 2: Find your bookings in ‘My tickets’. Step 3: Select ‘Check refund process’.
