However, you can refund all types of your tickets in our app if you meet the following circumstances. (1) The train has been canceled If your train has been canceled and the ticket is not used, you may be entitled to a full refund. Where possible, a Train Company will arrange a taxi or replacement bus for a missed last connection. In such a case, you may not get any refund. (2) Illness or death, tickets cannot be printed or used or other objective reason You need to take a picture of the evidence explaining why you have to cancel the trip and upload it. As your circumstances are exceptional, we’ll try our best to communicate with the train companies and apply for a refund for you.
