• Luggage: Space for storing bags is relatively limited, so CrossCountry recommends travelling, where possible, with only one medium-sized bag. On Voyager trains, larger cases can be stored in luggage racks in Coaches D and J.
• Bicycles: Standard bikes and e-bikes are welcome on board CrossCountry services with a free reservation, while folding bikes can be brought on board all services without prior booking. Please note that e-scooters are not permitted.
• Children: Kids under the age of five can travel free of charge, and those aged 5-15 are eligible to receive 50% off standard fares in both first and standard classes. Families can also unlock extra discounts with a Family & Friends Railcard, saving 1/3 on adult fares and 60% on children’s tickets.
• Pets: Passengers may travel with up to two pets at no extra charge. Dogs must be kept on a lead or in a secure carrier, and all pets should remain off seats.
• Passenger Assist: If you need a little extra help with boarding, handling luggage, navigating stations or reserving wheelchair spaces, you can pre-book support when purchasing your ticket or by asking staff at larger stations on the day of travel.
