• The Bittern Line to Sheringham and Cromer (roughly hourly).
• Greater Anglia services to Cambridge and Ely (roughly hourly), and to Peterborough via Ely (roughly hourly).

• Accessibility: There's step-free access throughout (This is a Category A station, which means there's step-free access throughout). The unisex accessible toilets are between platforms 5 and 6. You'll need a RADAR key to enter.
• Amenities: The main waiting room is next to Platform 1 and there's a second on Platform 5. The station also has free public Wi-Fi, refreshments and shops. Toilets are on the concourse by Platform 5 and are open from 04:30 to 23:00 (they open at 06:30 on Sunday, though).
