"Commuter times and weekend trains can be quite overcrowded on GWR trains (especially on trains to/from London Paddington), mainly due to the fact they tend to opt for 5-carriage trains instead of 9. I’d recommend booking a seat if travelling at these times to save you battling for one. "

"The Pullman Dining experience really is something everyone should try at least once. You can opt for 2 or 3 course meals prepared by chefs Monday–Friday with produce sourced from regions across GWR’s network. First Class passengers can book 2 weeks in advance (not included in the ticket), and Standard passengers can enquire with staff about availability on the day."

"Visiting Guildford: There's a surprising amount of things to do in this Surrey commuter town, so be sure to arrive early. It's a good idea to pack some decent walking shoes, too. You can easily get around on foot from the station and active attractions like Wild Wood Adventure are well worth the visit."
