Check-In and When to Arrive

When taking Eurostar trains to and from London, please note that:

• The ticket gates close up to 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time, except for Business Premier classes which have a 15-minute window.
• It is recommended to arrive at least 90 minutes before departure when departing from London.
• For Eurostar journeys from other EU cities to London, it is advisable to arrive between 60 to 120 minutes before departure.

If you are travelling between Belgium, France, the Netherlands, and Germany:

• Simply check the departure board for your train and proceed directly to the platform, except for journeys to and from London.
