The station serves as Suffolk's main rail hub. From here, Greater Anglia trains continue to Norwich, Lowestoft and Felixstowe. You can also catch trains to Peterborough and Cambridge.

Christchurch Park is great for a sunny-day stroll, while the historic docks area has been renewed with restaurants and bars.
