  • The South Exit (Penarth Road): This is a smaller exit at the back of the station, and leads to the main Penarth Road car park – choose this exit for parking and drop-offs, or if you are walking to Cardiff Bay. Rail replacement buses also depart from this side of the station.
Onward travel: City-bound buses and the T2/T3 TrawCymru long-distance coaches typically depart from the nearby Cardiff Bus Interchange. Local ‘Valley Lines’ trains to destinations such as Cardiff Queen Street depart from Platforms 6, 7 and 8.
