Check-In and When to Arrive

For Eurostar trains to and from London:

• Please be aware that ticket gates close up to 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time, except for Business Premier classes which close 15 minutes before.
• We recommend arriving at least 90 minutes before departure when leaving from London.
• When travelling from other EU cities to London, it is advisable to arrive between 60 to 120 minutes before departure.

When travelling between Belgium, France, the Netherlands, and Germany:

• When boarding our trains (excluding those to and from London), simply check the departure board for your train and proceed directly to the platform.
• To ensure a stress-free boarding experience, we suggest arriving at the station 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time of your train.
