I’m a writer and researcher with a passion for train travel. As an avowed environmentalist, visiting new places by train combines my love of travel and the natural world. Creating content helps me share my enthusiasm, whether it’s demystifying the Delay Repay process, making train stations more accessible, or offering advice on a great day out by train.

I took a flight-free pledge in 2020 and have never looked back. My longest train adventure to date took me from Cambridge to Graz, and I have plans to go further afield in the coming years. I take the train several times a week, so I’m always looking for ways to find cheap train tickets!
