What can I do if I forget password?
(1) If you have created an account with Email and you forget the password, don't worry about losing your tickets. You can always find all your tickets in our app. Please just follow these four easy steps:
Step 1: Log in to our app
Login to our appStep 2: Find 'Sign in with Email' in 'Account'.
Step 3: Tap ‘Forgot your password’, you will receive a verification code, please verify your email and you will be able to reset the password.
Step 4: Sign in with your new password.
(2) If you sign in using your social media account, you'll need to reset your password on your Facebook, Google, Apple or Huawei account.
