1. Discount: These terms apply to TrainPal's September 2026 Eurostar Campaign (“the Promotion”).
2. PLATFORM: This Promotion is available on TrainPal.
3. Discount period: The Discount starts on September 9, 2026 and ends on September 14, 2026, closing at 10:59 PM GMT+1 (UK British Summer Time) / 11:59 PM GMT+2 (CEST time) on September 14, 2026.
4. ELIGIBILITY: To participate in the promotion, users must have or sign up for a TrainPal account.
5. Discount details: During the discount period, special fixed‑price one‑way fares (no percentage‑based discount) on train tickets will be available as follows:
I. Single‑journey journeys including:
• London <> Paris
• London <> Brussels / Lille
• London <> Amsterdam / Rotterdam
• Paris <> Brussels
• Paris <> Amsterdam / Rotterdam / Schiphol
• Paris <> Cologne
i) Discounted fares are available on Standard Class tickets only.
ii) Travel period: September 23, 2026 to December 16, 2026, inclusive.
iii) Black‑out dates:
London routes: Black‑out dates to be confirmed. Restrictions are managed via seat availability system due to planned engineering works.
Continental routes: Not applicable.
Engineering works (London routes): Managed via seat availability system, exact dates to be confirmed.
Engineering works (Continental routes): Not applicable.
6. GENERAL: a. The promotion is limited and available on a first come, first served basis. b. The promotion is available for selected dates only. Engineering work may affect the operation of routes. c. Prices are correct at time of publication. However, prices and availability are dynamic and may change from time to time. Please confirm availability, prices, and applicable terms and conditions prior to booking. d. Tickets may be subject to strict change, cancellation, refund and endorsement conditions. Conditions and policies may vary. Please refer to the relevant policy for details prior to booking.
