1. THESE TERMS

This Promotion is operated by Coffee Culture London Ltd, a limited liability company with its address at 26 Beverly House, London, UK (“CoffeeCulture”), in collaboration with @TrainPal_official (“TrainPal”).

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By entering this Promotion, you accept and agree to these terms, TrainPal’s general terms available on its website, and the decisions of TrainPal and CoffeeCulture, which apply to this Promotion and redemption of the prize.

3. ELIGIBILITY AND PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion is open to residents of the UK aged 18 years or over.

The Promotion opens at 18:00:00 on 24 August 2026 (GMT+1) (the “Opening Date”) and closes at 23:59:59 on 27 August 2026 (GMT+1) (the “Closing Date”).

4. HOW TO ENTER

To participate in the Promotion, the entrant must:

  1. Follow @TrainPal_official;
  2. Follow @CoffeeCulture_UK and @Latinassociety_;
  3. Like and save the relevant giveaway post; and
  4. Tag the friend they would bring.

Only one comment per person will be considered valid for entry into the Promotion. Multiple posts from the same person will not increase the entrant’s chances of winning. Any entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.

5. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN

The Promotion is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. Any tax liability arising from acceptance of a prize, where applicable, is the responsibility of the winner.

6. PRIZE

There will be 2 winners. Each winner will receive:

  1. One £40 TrainPal gift card. The gift card can only be used for placing orders on TrainPal and is valid for 1 year. The TrainPal Gift Card Terms and Conditions apply (the “TrainPal Prize”).
  2. One ticket to the Global Coffee Culture Festival at Studio 338, Greenwich, on Saturday 29 August 2026, or, if the winner already has a festival ticket, one Latinas Society Boat Party ticket for September 2026 (the “CoffeeCulture Prize”).

The Prizes are subject to availability. TrainPal and CoffeeCulture each reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. No substitution or transfer of the prize is permitted by the winner.

The validity of the prize cannot be extended. If a winner does not use any aspect of the prize within the applicable validity period, the prize will be forfeited.

7. DETERMINATION OF WINNERS

A random drawing performed by a computer process will be conducted on 27 August 2026 by CoffeeCulture to select 2 winners from among all eligible entries received.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE ACCEPTANCE

Winners may be contacted by @CoffeeCulture_UK and/or @TrainPal_official via Instagram direct message on 27 August 2026 to request the details required for the issuance of the prize.

The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize and provide any information reasonably required by TrainPal and CoffeeCulture for the issuance of the relevant prize within 7 days of being notified.

If the winner fails to confirm acceptance of the prize or provide the information required for the issuance of the prize within 7 days of notification by TrainPal or CoffeeCulture, the winner will be deemed to have waived the prize and TrainPal and CoffeeCulture will not be held liable in respect of the forfeited prize.

In this case, the relevant prize will remain with TrainPal or CoffeeCulture (as applicable), and TrainPal and/or CoffeeCulture reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to select another winner in accordance with the determination process set out above.

9. PERSONAL DATA

CoffeeCulture will collect and process the winner’s personal data, including the winner’s TrainPal account details, for the purpose of issuing the TrainPal Prize.

If you are selected as a winner, CoffeeCulture may transfer your contact details to TrainPal for the purpose of arranging delivery of the TrainPal Prize.

CoffeeCulture will collect the winner’s personal data directly for the purpose of delivering the CoffeeCulture Prize.

Personal data supplied to TrainPal during the course of this Promotion will only be processed as set out in TrainPal’s Privacy Statement: https://www.mytrainpal.com/web-pages/policies/privacy-policy.html . Please also see section 10 below regarding information about the winners.

10. WINNERS LIST

TrainPal and CoffeeCulture must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place.

To comply with this obligation, TrainPal and/or CoffeeCulture will provide a partially redacted account name or Instagram handle of the prize winner to anyone who emails collab.uk@trainpal.com or info@coffee-culture.uk .

11. OBJECTIONS TO WINNER INFORMATION BEING MADE AVAILABLE

If you object to any or all of your partially redacted account name or Instagram handle and winning entry being published or made available, please contact collab.uk@trainpal.com or info@coffee-culture.uk .

In such circumstances, TrainPal or CoffeeCulture may still have to provide the information and winning entry on request where legally required. We will let you know if this is the case and provide more information when you contact us.

12. MISCELLANEOUS

  1. This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.
  2. Malicious, harmful, fraudulent or illegal content is strictly prohibited. TrainPal and CoffeeCulture each reserve the right to remove any comments from their posts, or remove any tagged pictures or videos from their accounts, that do not meet the criteria established for this activity, including, but not limited to, comments, pictures or videos that infringe the rights of others, breach applicable laws, breach these Terms and Conditions, or contain commercial promotional materials.
  3. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry method, or entering more than the number of times permitted, will void all entries and result in disqualification. Entrants may not use multiple email addresses, identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. TrainPal and CoffeeCulture each reserve the right to disqualify entrants who engage in fraudulent, disruptive or abusive behaviour or who violate these terms.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law:

  1. TrainPal is responsible for the issuance of the TrainPal Prize and CoffeeCulture is responsible for the issuance of the CoffeeCulture Prize. Any issues regarding the prizes should be directed to the relevant prize issuer.
  2. TrainPal and CoffeeCulture will not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses, costs or claims arising out of or relating to this Promotion, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
  3. TrainPal and CoffeeCulture will not be responsible for late, incomplete or incorrect entries; an entrant’s failure to receive prize notices due to spam, account settings, junk email or other security settings; entrants’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware or software malfunctions; lost or unavailable network connections; failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any equipment or programming associated with or used in this Promotion; human error in processing entries; or any typographical, technological or other error in publishing the offer, administering the Promotion or announcing the prize.
  4. TrainPal and CoffeeCulture reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

14. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
