TrainPal x Eurostar £130 – £10 Coupon

1. Promotion

These terms apply to the TrainPal x Eurostar £130 – £10 Coupon (the "Promotion").

2. These Terms

This Promotion is operated by TrainPal B.V., a limited liability company with its address at Hoekenrode 3, 1102 BR, Amsterdam, Netherlands ("TrainPal"). By entering this Promotion, you accept and agree to these terms, our general Terms & Conditions, and the decisions of TrainPal, which apply to the Promotion and redemption of the prize.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion starts on 19 December 2026 at 00:00 GMT and ends on 10 April 2027 at 23:59 GMT.

4. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. The Promotion is only available to TrainPal users. Users must have, or sign up for, a TrainPal account to participate in the Promotion.

5. Coupon

The following Coupon is available (the "Coupon"):

• Eurostar coupon — available only to TrainPal users who have signed up for a TrainPal account.
• The Eurostar coupon pack includes a £10 off £130 Eurostar coupon, subject to the restrictions below.

1. Only valid for Eurostar purchases.
2. Only valid on the TrainPal App.
3. Valid for 14 days once claimed.
4. Only one voucher per booking. Each user account can only use a promo code once, and promo codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount.
5. Each promo code can only be used once per device, email address, or payment account.

6. Restrictions

• Once claimed, the Coupon is valid for 14 days (as listed above), after which it will expire and no longer be available for use. The validity of promo codes cannot be extended.
• The Promotion is limited and available on a first come, first served basis.
• The Coupon can only be used once and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.
• The Coupon is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The Coupon can be claimed only once per user.

7. General

• The cancellation and payment policies of each travel product may vary. Please check the specific policies prior to making a reservation.
• To the extent permitted by law, TrainPal will not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses, costs, or claims arising out of or relating to this Promotion, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise.
• TrainPal reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
• You may not use multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. TrainPal reserves the right to cancel any bookings of members who engage in fraudulent, disruptive, or abusive behaviour, or who violate these terms.
• Personal data supplied during the course of this Promotion will only be processed as set out in TrainPal's Privacy Statement.
• These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands, and the courts of the Netherlands will have jurisdiction over any dispute. This will not deprive you of any mandatory rights of your home country.
