Ticket refunds & changes

Can I change only part of your itinerary?

Yes! You can change only part of your itinerary.
(1) If you have a combination of Advance and Flexible, you can change the tickets depend on the type of tickets.
(2) If all of your tickets are Advance, you can choose to change only part of your itinerary.

Please follow these five steps:
Step 1: Download TrainPal App
Download TrainPal AppStep 2: Log in to the current account on TrainPal App or sign in with the contact email of your order on TrainPal App
Step 3: Agree to import tickets in TrainPal App - My tickets
Step 4: Find your bookings in ‘My tickets’.
Step 5: Select ‘Change’.

If you choose to change only part of your itinerary, Trainpal will book a new ticket for you. And the refund of your unused ticket will be processed once you complete your new booking. (An admin fee will be deducted from the refund)
